As moms we know that prioritizing our life can be really difficult. Every child, every task, and everything else that is on our plate is important and needs our attention. As a therapist, I also know how prioritizing our mental health can help us accomplish everything else. Hilda Dunford has learned this as well.

Hilda is a wife and mom of three who shares all about her family's journey on her instagram page, Our Blind Side. Her son was born with a rare condition causing blindness and sharing their journey has become a passion for her as she fully understands the impact and importance of mental health in raising a child who is blind while meeting the needs of her entire family. She joined me on the podcast to share how putting her mental health first has helped her live a more productive, healthy, and prioritized life.
