The theme this month is "unpopular opinions from a therapist" because I am going to talk about some topics that not every therapist would agree with. The first opinion I want to share with you is that it isn't necessary to work on your self esteem.

I know some of you are thinking of how important self-esteem is so hear me out on this one. By the end of this podcast episode you will see an alternative perspective to why working on self-esteem isn’t necessary. Plus I will actually point you in the direction of what is necessary.
